Mr Terri Watson

As a former pupil of Shotton Hall Infants and Juniors I’ve always had a soft spot for the school. Prior to being elected as a parent governor I volunteered at the school for many years serving on the PTA and also facilitating animation workshops, which I always thoroughly enjoyed. My pride in the school was reinforced as I watched the building of the new school in 2010. My youngest daughter attended Shotton Hall Primary School from 2012 to 2019 and I was impressed by and grateful for the outstanding teaching she received in such a wonderfully nurturing environment. I became a school governor to ensure all pupils at Shotton Hall Primary School have the same start in life I received as a pupil here. Although my daughter has moved onto secondary school I remain committed to ensuring your children receive the best possible experience too. In 2022 I became Chair of the Governing Body and have had the pleasure, this academic year, of welcoming Mrs Bowmaker as Head Teacher and Mrs Hext as Deputy Head Teacher. Shotton Hall Primary School has a strong team working hard to support the education and rights of your children and I am very proud to be part of this school.
